The families who lost an officer to suicide are a key part of the Blue H.E.L.P. organization, we always want to do better for them. Motorola Solutions Foundation has joined us in that effort to host Camp April. This camp will mix traditional camp fun & camaraderie with customized grief education and emotional support delivered by trained professionals and caring volunteers.

We also teamed up to ensure that our community can benefit by providing food to a local organization so that the public can be fed after the event.

Law Enforcement Suicide Awareness Day

National Law Enforcement Suicide Awareness Day is created to recognize the service of officers lost to suicide, raise awareness about suicide in law enforcement and, to remind officers and their families that they are not alone; help is available. This day will help to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help and, recognize that one moment in time does not define a life.
